Bringing Your Vision Home

For decades, DeAnna Franklin and David Goodin have been building homes across the greater Puget Sound area. Together they bring more than 60 years of combined experience in new construction and real estate, and they’ve had a hand in building thousands of homes throughout the region. They founded Tonka Homes NW with one goal: to become one of Puget Sound’s premier custom home builders. Their dear friend and renowned custom builder Gary Patterson inspired that goal and has supported them every step of the way.

Over the years, we’ve worked in every part of the building industry and helped some of the region’s most successful builders bring their visions to life. Now we want to help bring yours to life. We’re honored that our community voted Tonka Homes NW on of Pierce County’s Best Homebuilders for 2026.

Whether you’re dreaming of a custom home, searching for the perfect homesite, or planning a remodel, we’re here to guide you. We’ll be with you at every step, from your first floor plan to the final finishes, or even a fresh new look for the home you already love.

This is what we love to do, and we’d be honored to help you create the home of your dreams.
