This project began with a clear vision. Michael Morrison’s buyers were searching for something specific—but the perfect home simply wasn’t on the market. When they discovered this well-located condo, they saw the potential… even if it wasn’t quite there yet.

That’s where Tonka Homes NW came in.

Before an offer was ever submitted, our team met with the buyers to walk through what was possible—what could be transformed, what it would cost, and how to turn this space into the home they truly wanted. With a clear plan and realistic budget in hand, Michael was able to secure the property at a price that made sense for everyone involved.

Now, the transformation is officially underway.

We’re excited to bring this vision to life and can’t wait to share the progress as this space evolves into something truly special. Stay tuned!
